Winneshiek County Tobacco-Free Coalition meets
The Winneshiek County Tobacco-Free Coalition will meet at T-Bocks Wednesday, Sept. 9, at noon.
“The Coalition is busy working to reduce secondhand smoke exposure, and building youth interest in tobacco related concerns. They are also promoting cessations opportunities for individuals who want to quit smoking, and increasing the number of people interested in making tobacco related concerns a priority,” said Community Prevention Specialist Marilyn Zweibahmer.
“By attending a tobacco coalition meeting you will have the opportunity to start making change in your community.”
The meeting is open to the general public and persons interested in helping to make a difference in their community are encouraged to attend.
